What we bring to you:
  • Annual salary and commissions, no cap to commission potential - estimated annual earnings $70k-$100k

What our Outside Sales Rep does:
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships in retail building materials
  • Meet and exceed sales goals for assigned territory
  • Collaborate and communicate across departments to deliver profitable sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate thorough understanding and execution of each step in the sales process to drive new business
  • Management of partnered accounts
  • Regular travel to customers in your territory; this territory is Little Rock and surrounding markets 
What you need to have:
  • BA/BS in business related field -OR- equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years in building materials/wood sales is preferred
  • Proven track record of developing and building customer/client relationships
  • Flexible to travel and overnight commute; 5-8 overnight travel days per month
  • Must hold a clear and valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with MS Office products
